Thank you for your interest in Insyde Software. Please read the note below if you are looking for end user support such as BIOS upgrades or computer troubleshooting.

If you are looking for support for your computer:
Insyde Software provides engineering services and licenses core technologies to manufacturers of notebook, desktop, embedded systems and server products. We do not provide end user support for systems running Insyde Software BIOS products. For end user BIOS upgrades or other support for your computer, we recommend contacting your computer manufacturer.
If you aren’t sure who manufactured your computer, and if you are based in the U.S., locate the FCC ID on your computer label, usually located on the back of the unit or bottom of a laptop. The FCC hosts a web site that allows you to search for your computer’s manufacturer using this FCC ID.
