Supervyse® Firmware Maximizes Value of More Powerful and Secure Next-Gen BMC

TAIPEI, TAIWAN – May 7, 2020 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI BIOS and systems management software, today announced that its family of Supervyse® BMC firmware solutions now support the recently launched ASPEED AST2600 Server Management Processors.

Supervyse® BMC firmware provides out-of-band remote platform management, support for a wide breadth of industry standards for server manageability such as DMTF Redfish®, IPMI 2.0, NVMe-MI and comprehensive security for enterprise, data center, communications and storage servers.

Supervyse is well matched for the enhanced performance, capabilities, and security of the new ASPEED AST2600 family. Powered by a dual-core A7 ARM processor, the AST2600 features the horsepower necessary to handle the increasing system functionality being handled by BMCs. In addition to enhanced compute capacity, the AST2600 has improved energy consumption and security features including TrustZone and Secure Boot Mode.
