HILLSBORO, OR – September 28, 2026 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI, OpenBMC and platform root-of-trust firmware, today announced that its CTO Tim Lewis will present three sessions at the International Workshop on Firmware Testing and Analysis (FTA 2026). The workshop takes place October 5 in Oakland, CA, in conjunction with the International Symposium on Software Testing and Analysis (ISSTA 2026).

The company will share practical approaches to addressing evolving security threats, software transparency demands, and customer and compliance requirements. The presentations bring an industry perspective to a workshop focused on advancing firmware testing and security, particularly within UEFI and the TianoCore ecosystem.

C.“Meeting NSA’s Guidance for Managing UEFI Secure Boot,” analyzing the guidance’s five core pillars and the shift from enabling Secure Boot to actively managing it, using InsydeH2O® to illustrate steps firmware owners can take.
