COMPUTEX – TAIPEI, TAIWAN – June 1, 2026 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI BIOS, OpenBMC, and Root-of-Trust firmware, today announced that multiple customer designs featuring the Snapdragon® X2 Series platforms —including AI PCs from ASUS, HP, and Lenovo—are now shipping with InsydeH2O® UEFI BIOS.

This milestone with the Snapdragon X2 Series reflects an incredible advancement for Insyde Software’s offerings for use on Windows PCs with Snapdragon. InsydeH2O UEFI BIOS is optimized for the Qualcomm Oryon™ CPU, Qualcomm® Adreno™ GPU, and Qualcomm® Hexagon™ NPU in the Snapdragon X2 Series, as well as its always-on, always-connected architecture—supporting thin-and-light, fanless designs while enabling sustained performance and powerful AI-driven user experiences.

To support production deployment, InsydeH2O integrates advanced platform security features aligned with Microsoft Secured-core PC L3 requirements, including Pluton support. It also delivers differentiated capabilities such as Secure Wipe for NVMe storage, WMI-based manageability, and CSR enablement to streamline system provisioning and lifecycle management at scale.

Building on its multi-generation investment in optimization with Snapdragon platforms, Insyde Software also introduced H2ODDT™ Pro for Snapdragon X2 Series processors, an industry-first BIOS debug solution for development on AI PCs with Snapdragon. H2ODDT Pro provides source-level debug and deep system visibility during early platform bring-up, enabling more efficient validation and optimization of  systems powered by Snapdragon.
