Insyde Software Launches Synestra™ AI Family to Bring Coordinated Intelligence Across Firmware, Platforms and Tools
New Architecture and Toolset Purpose-Built for Intelligent Firmware Development, Debug and Issue Resolution

TAIPEI, TAIWAN – May 26, 2026 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI BIOS, OpenBMC, and Root-of-Trust firmware, today announced the launch of Synestra™, a new family of AI-powered software solutions designed to accelerate firmware development, platform debugging, and system management workflows.
As modern computing platforms grow more complex—spanning heterogeneous silicon, open firmware frameworks, and distributed system architectures—engineering teams face increasing challenges in diagnosing issues, scaling expertise, and maintaining platform quality. Synestra applies AI-driven reasoning and orchestration to help customers reduce development effort, resolve issues faster, and improve platform reliability.
At the core of Synestra is Haydn™, the foundational AI architecture and secure framework purpose-built for intelligent firmware and platform software, engineered with an AI-native, security-first philosophy. As the core engine of the Synestra™ family, Haydn provides a responsible AI framework for building, deploying, and scaling AI systems that are ethical, transparent, and secure. Built on a foundation of private AI, the platform strictly enforces information segmentation and role-based access control.
Built on the Haydn framework, Insyde is introducing two AI-powered tools designed to improve developer productivity and accelerate firmware development workflows.
Mystro™ is Insyde’s unified knowledge platform, built on the Haydn™ architecture that brings together nearly three decades of firmware engineering experience, industry standards, and role-specific information into a single interface. By breaking down information barriers across the organization, Mystro™ gives engineers and teams one place to access shared knowledge and project context, reducing investigation time and speeding up issue resolution across complex firmware and platform environments.
Synara™ is a project-aware AI knowledge assistant designed to help engineers navigate firmware concepts, Insyde technologies, and development workflows through natural-language interaction. Using authorized project documentation, product-specific knowledge, and public technical information, Synara delivers contextual guidance tailored to individual projects and user access levels, helping accelerate onboarding and simplify complex platform development.
The Synestra family unites Mystro and Synara on the Haydn architecture, forming a cohesive AI solution stack that reflects Insyde’s decades of leadership in system firmware and platform enablement. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Synestra is purpose-built for the realities of firmware — where reliability, correctness, and deep system context are essential.
Initial beta releases are planned in collaboration with customers and ecosystem partners to align capabilities with real-world deployment requirements.
“As the computing ecosystem grows in complexity, Synestra represents Insyde’s natural evolution — orchestrating harmony across every layer,” said Jonathan Wang, AVP at Insyde Software. “We’ve spent years defining how platforms boot, maintain security, and are managed at scale. With Synestra and the Haydn architecture, we’re bringing AI-driven insight and automation directly into firmware and platform engineering workflows.”
