Insyde® Software to Power a Host of NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X Superchip Laptops

RTX Spark Customers Choose InsydeH2O® UEFI BIOS

TAIPEI, TAIWAN – October 8, 2026 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI, OpenBMC, and platform root-of-trust firmware, today announced that its flagship InsydeH2O® UEFI BIOS has enabled the first wave of NVIDIA RTX Spark laptops arriving this fall from major PC manufacturers.

InsydeH2O is optimized for the NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X Superchip, which pairs an NVIDIA Grace CPU of up to 20 cores (developed in collaboration with MediaTek) with an NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU of up to 6,144 cores and unified memory. It helps PC makers bring the capabilities of this superchip to laptops built for native CUDA-accelerated AI, advanced content creation, and immersive RTX gaming, while meeting the power-efficiency demands of portable computing. InsydeH2O also supports key Secured-core PC principles, aligning with Microsoft’s broader efforts to strengthen Windows security as on-device AI capabilities advance.

This work draws on Insyde’s successful enablement of Arm-based AI PCs and its experience supporting NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms in the datacenter. That expertise helps customers speed platform bring-up, reduce integration effort, and shorten time to market.

“When so many RTX Spark launch partners build on InsydeH2O, it shows PC makers trust us to get new platforms right from day one,” said Alan Lo, VP of the Personal Computing Group at Insyde Software. “With a proven firmware foundation in place, our customers can focus on what RTX Spark makes possible.”
