InsydeH2O UEFI BIOS and Supervyse OPF OpenBMC Firmware Certified with NVIDIA System Software Validation Toolkit
TAIPEI, TAIWAN, August 20, 2024 – Insyde® Software, a leading provider of UEFI BIOS and OpenBMC-based systems management firmware, announced today that its InsydeH2O® UEFI BIOS and Supervyse® OPF OpenBMC firmware solutions have achieved compliance with the NVIDIA System Software Validation Toolkit, within the NVIDIA Validation Suite, for the NVIDIA MGX modular platform featuring the NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip and NVIDIA Grace CPU Superchip modules.
Insyde Software provides secure, customizable and feature-rich enabling and systems management firmware designed for powering today’s most advanced accelerated compute platforms. Its flagship firmware solution, InsydeH2O, is engineered to address the critical expectations of enabling firmware for today’s high-performance servers with world-class performance, reliability, efficiency, advanced security and much more. Supervyse OPF is an OpenBMC-based manageability solution with a robust set of features including Redfish, RAS, and PFR (Platform Firmware Resiliency), and a modern, extensible architecture that is designed to evolve with the product lifecycle of customer designs, as well as the ongoing changes to the industry-standard OpenBMC project.
NVIDIA MGX provides a modular reference design that helps OEMs, ODMs and CSPs create tailored server solutions to meet their requirements while saving development resources and reducing time to market. As a member of the NVIDIA Partner Network, Insyde has worked closely with NVIDIA to ensure certification from the NVIDIA System Software Validation Toolkit, signifying that InsydeH2O and Supervyse OPF for NVIDIA MGX with the NVIDIA GH200 Grace Hopper Superchip have passed comprehensive validation procedures, including stress tests, diagnostics and benchmarks that help indicate to customers their production and cluster-readiness in high-demand high-performance computing (HPC) and AI workload environments.
“Today’s announcement underscores the world-class support and readiness of our firmware solutions for the NVIDIA server platform roadmap,” said Bryant Lee, Director of Product Marketing for Server BIOS and BMC Firmware at Insyde Software.
